The “S” and “T” within the initials also represent our president’s cherished children, Skylar and Tristen, serving as unwavering motivation or, in other words, the ‘why’. His background encompasses a range of areas, including payroll, HR services, and employee benefits, making him a well-rounded advisor. Mike is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to his clients, always with a personal touch.
He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and outside the office, he enjoys golf, softball, and watching football. However, his greatest passion lies with his family, including his two beloved children.

Janelle has 15 plus years’ experience in the Health & Wellness Insurance Benefits Industry after retiring as a Service Director from United Airlines. She did a complete transformation to Employee Benefits, now working in the Insurance Industry as an Account Manager. She prides herself on building strong rapport with her clients and internal team. Janelle is energetic, focused, and strategic in her pursuit to create an exceptional client experience.
Janelle is responsible for supporting the Benefit Consultant and serving as an additional resource to further ensure the consistent and timely delivery of excellent services to our clients. She assists the Benefits team with the coordination and communications surrounding program/plan implementations, annual enrollments, claim & eligibility issues, and daily administrative support.
In her free time, she is very active in hiking and walks and loves spending time outdoors enjoying nature with her husband and wonderful grandchildren. Janelle is licensed to sell Life, Accident & Health products throughout the State of California.
